This Privacy Policy explains how Eidosys Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202501029535 (1630947-A)), the holding company of EIDOSYS Group, and its operating companies (“EIDOSYS”, “we”, “us”) handle personal data collected through eidosys.com.my. It is issued in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).本隐私政策说明 EIDOSYS 集团的控股公司 Eidosys Holdings Sdn. Bhd.（注册号码 202501029535 (1630947-A)）及旗下营运公司（以下称「EIDOSYS」或「我们」）如何处理通过 eidosys.com.my 收集的个人资料。本政策依据马来西亚《2010 年个人资料保护法》（PDPA）发布。

What we collect我们收集哪些资料

When you send the enquiry form on the Partner With Us page, we receive the details you enter:当您在「合作洽谈」页面发送洽询表格时，我们会收到您填写的资料：

• your name, organisation, e-mail address and phone number;您的姓名、机构／公司、电邮地址及电话号码；
• the partner type and area of interest you choose, and your message;您选择的合作伙伴类别、感兴趣的领域，以及您的留言；
• the page you sent the form from and the time it was sent;发送表格的页面及时间；

We use your personal data only to reply to your enquiry, to discuss the partnership or business opportunity you raised, and to keep a record of that correspondence.
